Born September 1980 in Kharkov. Received economic management degree in 2002 at the Kharkov National University. Since 2003, during the year, held the position of tax inspector in Kharkov. Was responsible for tax audit and currency flow control. In 2004, was promoted to senior inspector, and in 2005 to the deputy head of the department. Headed his department in 2006. In the same year, received the position of Deputy Head and Head of the Audit Department of the basic sectors of the economy in the tax Poltava region. Since 2008, was appointed head of the department of tax control of legal entities in Kharkov. Began work as a deputy head of a specialized state tax inspectorate for work with large taxpayers in Kharkov in 2012. In 2015, was transferred to Odessa, head of the main department of the tax service in Odessa region. Headed the office of large taxpayers of the state fiscal service since 2016.
