First Vice-Rector for Educational, Methodological work at State Fiscal Service University of Ukraine
He was born on September 2, 1975 in Krylovka village, Ruzhyn district, Zhytomyr region. From 1992 to 1997 he studied at the Kyiv State Trade and Economic University and received higher education in the specialty "Accounting and Auditing" and obtained the qualification of economist in accounting and auditing. In 2001 he received a PhD in Economics. In 2007 he was awarded the academic title of "Assistant Professor". In 2015 he received a higher degree of Doctor of Economics, and in 2017 he was awarded the title of Professor. In 2016 he was appointed Vice-Rector for Educational, Methodological and Educational Work of the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, and in 2017 - First Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodical and Educational Work. He is the author of more than 200 scientific and educational-methodical publications, published in national and international peer-reviewed professional journals, including the following monographs: «Control in the system of innovative management of the enterprise» (2011); Public Financial Control: Theory and Practice Issues (2013); “System of Public Financial Control: Formation and Development in Ukraine” (2016); «Analytical and control aspects of regulation of financial and economic activity of economic entities» (2017); “Tax activity of the state in the conditions of formation of information post-industrial economy” (2018). In 2005 he was awarded with the Acknowledgment of the Mayor of Kiev. In 2007 he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Head of the Desnyanskiy District State Administration. In 2008 he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Head of the Desnyanskiy District State Administration. In 2018 he was awarded with the Acknowledgment of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. In 2018 he was awarded with the gratitude of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
